The Wine: Okay, so this is the bottom of every barrel and what Sitara bottles for our “house” wine. We call it “Ruffian” because that is Chente’s nickname back in London where he hails from, and Chente is the muscle behind Chateau Ruffian. He lifts every barrel and empties it for us. Lovingly, I might add.
This fanciful Red Blend is made primarily of Tempranillo and old vine Grenache, with touches of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon.
